At our foundry, we specialize in investment casting of versatile metals in complex and intricate structures with exceptional accuracy. Our team of skilled craftsmenship and engineers utilizes state-of-the-art technology and equipment to ensure the highest level of precision and consistency in every casting. With modern technology, we can produce castings between 0.5 g and 30 kg and up to 500mm long. To guarantee unmatched dimensional accuracy and material integrity, our skilled engineers utilize an advanced quality control lab equipped with projectors, CMMs, spectrometers, metallographic analyzers, Rockwellhardness, etc tension testers,etc.
To offer seamless, turnkey solutions tailored to our clients’ unique specifications, we have established a complete supply chain. This encompasses everything from the raw casting to post-casting treatments, including heat treatment, galvanization, CNC machining, polishing, and custom surface finishes. Today, we boast a production capacity of 200 tons per month and an annual output of 15 million parts, with up to 70% of our products exported to North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Elle a développé avec succès, en 2016, une technologie de prototypage par moulage coquille réalisée grâce à l’impression 3D, remportant de nombreux prix internationaux et nationaux pour l’innovation technologique et ayant déposé un brevet.
Dongguan Yusheng metal Products Co., Ltd., filiale et bureau secondaire de Lida, a été établi en 2022 dans la ville de Dongguan, se concentrant sur le commerce et l’exportation de pièces de précision fabriquées par la méthode de la cire perdue.
